Occupying one of the larger blocks in the area and being pet friendly, this modest holiday home provides everything you need.
The living area with TV, DVD, Stereo, CD player and gaming console also contains 2 sofas. A split system air conditioning unit and ceiling fans in the living area and all bedrooms provides year round comfort.
Two of the bedrooms house Queen size beds and the third bedroom holds 2 sets of single bunks. The bunk bedroom also has a TV.
The functional and practical kitchen/dining area offers a gas oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
To the left of the kitchen area is the bathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet. The washing machine is also housed in here.
Outside, the rear deck features an outdoor setting for 6 with an umbrella. Below the deck is a large fully fenced attractive back yard with a portable fire pit and gas BBQ. Plenty of room for children and pets to play and for al fresco entertaining over the warmer months.
You are not far from anything in this location. Bellarine wineries, Queenscliff Harbour and of course the Point Lonsdale lighthouse and Marine National Park. So much to explore and enjoy on your next coastal getaway.

Great family holiday
Cathy - 13th January 2023We loved this house, it was great for our family, including the dog!!! The deck and the garden were lovely to spend time on, and the location was spot-on. Could have done with WIFI as there's not good connection in that part of the town, but otherwise it was really good. Thank you.
