The Beach is accessed by sandy paths through native tea trees. This of the grid beach shack with 3-bedrooms is the perfect spot for families, and friends to disconnect.
A 2-minute drive, or a leisurely 20-minute walk along the beach to local cafes and fishing spots in historic Queenscliff. Also just a short 5-minute drive or pleasurable walk to Point Lonsdale! An appealing getaway throughout the year (including in winter) for walks, eating out and returning to enjoy your cosy stay.
Come in, relax, unwind and enjoy. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom and the kitchen, lounge and dining rooms are all open plan. The kitchen has a microwave and all the cutlery, crockery and utensils required to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The lounge room offers a flat screen TV and CD player.
There is a large back yard with a deck and outdoor setting for 6 people and BBQ. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing machine and laundry facilities.
There is ample parking at the side and front of the property.
The location is superb.
