With all the basics for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and gas heating, this home is perfect for either a weekend or even a longer stay at any time during the year. The veranda out the front with 2 chairs, is perfect for a quiet morning cuppa while the late sleepers enjoy a sleep-in in the closed off back bedrooms.
Out the back is a fantastic open yard with small porch, outdoor setting, BBQ and plenty of space surrounded by greenery. Enjoy a trip to the beach, only a 10 minutes walk, or drive to some of the magnificent wineries of the Bellarine. No matter how you plan to spend your holiday, this is the property for you!

Serendip!
Michelle - 29th November 2023A group of us have been coming to QMF for 17 years and as our usual abode wasn’t available this year the staff at Kerley’s suggested Serendip. We loved it. It is an older beach house in style with lots of comfy furniture and beds…and spare mattresses. The house is well laid out and we really enjoyed our stay! Only downside was we couldn’t get the sofa bed to open out but the spare mattress saved the day!

Jessica - 17th February 2023This place is a fabulous stay! Plenty of room, spacious, great bedrooms and the kitchen has everything you need! Also plenty of board games, DVD’s and a great BBQ and backyard which is pet friendly. Great for a family of with a few friends and a short drive to town.

It is in a great location, in a quiet spot, a quick stroll to the beach and a lovely walk via the beach to the shops. We also loved the DVD collection - such a fun surprise. My schnoodle pal Benson thoroughly enjoyed his stay too.

Heidi - 14th July 2022Great beach house close to the beach. Set up well for children, trampoline, ping pong table, heaps of board games and DVD’s. Our dog loved the backyard. Comfortable set up with good heating in the lounge area. Warm beds in the cooler areas of the house. Lovely stay, highly recommend.

Peter - 28th April 2022We really appreciated having our two dogs and cat join us at Serendip. The house was perfect for them and the backyard was a great size and secure. We were very comfortable too and I really liked all the books to read, the games, darts, table tennis. There were lovely spots to sit inside and outside and the nearby dog beach was fantastic. Would happily recommend and return again.
