Right in the middle of the shopping village, with the park and bay beach across the road. Go for a walk along the promenade or a swim at the beach. Stop at one of the gorgeous Point Lonsdale cafes for a bite to eat or just a coffee. With parking at the property, either in the garage or the private carpark in the driveway, leave the car behind!
Upstairs is the main bathroom and 3 bedrooms, the master including ensuite, walk in robe and a balcony to enjoy the sea views and watch the ships sail past. Downstairs is the open living and dining area, with large table, TV and DVD player, wi-fi is also available. Kitchen has a wall oven, gas hot plates, dishwasher, microwave and is fitted out with all the things required to have a comfortable stay. Recently updated and everything you need right at your door this is a coveted property.

Great Location
Lila - 22nd May 2024Enjoyed our stay at Sea Sunrise. It's right in the heart of Pt Lonsdale & across the road from the beach & playground. Lots of great cafes for breakfast & lunch a few doors away. Very comfy accommodation with heaps of space. The master bedroom has sea views. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Easy check in.

David - 20th February 2023Our second stay at this great townhouse. Room for family. Noisy early morning garbage trucks but otherwise quiet inside but handy to everything. Love grabbing a coffee next door and enjoying it across the road overlooking the beach.
