Sagres has five rooms across three spectacular beachside storeys. Two king bedrooms on the top floor feature en-suites, with one looking out to Swan Bay. The view of the main bedroom is a standout, as it looks directly through the heads of Port Phillip Bay. The sea comes to life at night with the ships passing by.
On the middle floor, the main living room, bar spaces, fully-equipped chef's kitchen, BBQ, SONOS sound systems, and LaMarzocco coffee machine invite casual entertaining and conviviality.
Two outdoor decks featuring a barbecue area and a pizza oven are perfect for alfresco dining with family and friends.
The downstairs floor encompasses three queen bedrooms, a second living space, laundry, and a main bathroom.
