The gas ducted heating throughout and a comfortable living room with split system air conditioning, makes this property perfect for any time of the year. There are plenty of books and entertainment for the whole family. This property is also within close proximity to Hollywood Reserve, a playground for young children.

A well-appointed open plan kitchen/dining area overlooks the fully covered outdoor deck and entertaining space. On those warm Summer nights, you can sit out on the deck and dine alfresco making the most of the gas BBQ, outdoor bar style seating and inviting sofas, outdoor hammock and table tennis, or even challenge your skill with a game of darts.
