This comfortable property is the rear of two units and is provided with a secluded location. The modern interior offers an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that has all the necessities you need including evaporative cooling for those hot summer days as well as ducted gas heating to keep you snuggly warm on winter getaways.
Dual aspect glass sliding doors open onto a small courtyard where there is an outdoor setting for six and BBQ, as well as side gate access to the vacant block next door, for easy access to take the dog on your morning walks. This area is ideal for small dogs or older dogs who don't need a lot of space.
There is room enough for the family or a group of friends escaping for the weekend. You can choose to stay in and cook up a storm or try out the local wine bar and cafes in the village. A casual 20-minute stroll to the Springs Beach or a bit further on to the Front Beach and shops. Take some time out and recharge your batteries.

Great little Port Lonsdale Nest
Wendy - 18th March 2024Compact 3-bedroom townhouse which was perfect for our weekend stay. Our fur baby was perfectly happy in the secure yard. Latte's Nest is very quiet, clean and well set up; beds are comfy. Is walking distance to the beach.
