This sun filled, modern two-storey home is ideally located just a 10-minute walk to the front beach and shops, 400m from the Lonsdale Links golf course and steps to Lake Victoria.
Double doors opening to a generous north-facing outdoor entertainment area, welcoming for those long summer evenings. The modern kitchen is a cook’s delight with a 900mm electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The cosy lounge and dining rooms surround the kitchen and there is also a separate study/lounge/rumpus room including a pool table, which makes Ipoh perfect for family gatherings.
The home is fitted out with split system air conditioning for summer, and ceiling fans in two upstairs bedrooms as well as a warm gas log fire for winter.
All 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs with the second bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and north facing balcony, bedroom 2 provides 2 single beds and bedrooms 3 & 4 offer custom made bunk beds, giving ample accommodation for family and friends.
Ipoh has everything you need for your next getaway including wifi and linen so all you need to bring is your beach towel.

Lisa - 14th April 2024Our family and friends enjoyed a great stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well set up with everything we needed and the billiards table and vinyl collection provided wonderful entertainment. Golf, shops and walks all nearby.

Mark - 29th October 2023The property was great, comfortable beds and lots of room for 5 adults. We had a nice outdoor BBQ followed by billiards which we hadn't played for a few years. Good walks into Point Lonsdale and over to Queenscliff. Friendly neighbours, nice town and would certainly love to go back. Cute magpie in the backyard also.
Amazing location short walk to the beach

Debra - 7th March 2023We were very grateful for the early check-in as we had a 4pm wedding that we needed to get to and the additional few hours early check-in enabled us to unpack and get ready. House was great & spacious enough that we didn't get in each other's way. The backyard was perfect for our small family birthday celebration on day 2 & appreciated the two sun umbrellas that gave us adequate shade. We didn't book it for the billiard table yet it provided lots of great family fun.
