Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, flat screen TV, ducted heating, split system air conditioning in the living room, and Coonara fireplace for the colder seasons.
The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, freestanding oven, and all the things required for a home away from home. The laundry has a washing machine, and dryer for those longer stays. The home has a separate rumpus room with additional bedding if required a great hang-out space for teens.
The large backyard offers plenty of private outdoor entertaining space including a large courtyard deck with gas BBQ, and an outdoor setting.
The large driveway provides plenty of off-street parking if you have multiple cars.
Please note the property is wheelchair accessible and the bed in bedroom 4 is a hospital bed.
Please note: Linen and towels are not provided but can be hired for an additional fee.

Family beach break
Rae - 29th January 2023Pretty good house suitable for our family group of mum, grandparents and 3 children - it helped that Golden Buoy is a bit shabby-chic and we didn't need to feel worried about making a mess! Interesting decor and outdoor entertainment area.
