The open plan kitchen/dining area and separate living room provide plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying garden outlooks from all rooms. Sliding doors from the living room and main bedroom lead to a north facing fenced private garden. An adjacent terrace has a Weber BBQ, outdoor table and benches, sun lounges and a hammock to enable you to totally unwind and enjoy the sounds of the sea.
The garage has parking for one or you can leave the car outside and set up for table tennis. There is also an outdoor hot shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.
Set in a quiet corner of Point Lonsdale, Dune Retreat is in relaxed walking distance to all Point Lonsdale offers including the Golf Course and Surf Lifesaving Club, in addition to the front beach, shops and cafes. This is an ideal holiday retreat for several friends, one or two couples or a small family.
