This 3-bedroom, Point Lonsdale property is a family home with modern furnishings and only a 10-minute walk to the beach.
Split system air conditioning/heating makes this property a perfect getaway year-round. Kitchen provides new gas oven, gas cooktop, microwave, coffee machine and brand new dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and a bath with a separate toilet. The laundry also has a new washing machine.
Dining area opens up to the main lounge with LED Smart TV while the second living area has a WII gaming console, LED Smart TV and DVD/Blu-ray player. This property also provides WiFi.
Master bedroom has Queen bed with king doona, walk in robe and access to the two-way bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and bedroom 3 has two Single beds (can be turned into a King bed)
The large open outdoor area is perfect for family BBQs and activities. Pets will need to be approved before arrival, if approved they are not allowed on furniture and please note the property is not fully fenced.

Michael - 3rd December 2021The house was a great base and location to explore the local area and coastline. We enjoyed a helicopter flight over Barwon Heads, went surfing and bike riding and eating out in Queenscliff. The house was well furnished and supplied, and was very comfortable for all us.
