Description
A comfortable, modern 2 bedroom home offering a great space for families, friends and pets to enjoy all year round. The open plan kitchen and living room plus separate lounge and dining room both have floor to ceiling windows and each space overlooks a deck and grassed area.
Both living rooms have TVs (Smart TV in main room), and the main living room also has a stereo and a wood fire heater. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including an electric oven and cooktop, microwave oven and dishwasher.
The front decked area has a large outdoor setting for 12 people with a BBQ and fire pit. Also, plenty of room for pets to play. The rear grassed area has a hot water outdoor rainfall shower which is ideal for when you return from the beach which is only a 7-minute walk away. The front beach and shops are an easy 10-minute stroll through Old Lonsdale.

Great stay
Emily - 18th November 2024We enjoyed our stay at the 20th hole! It was the perfect size for our little family and had plenty of room. The secure back yard and front yard was great for our toddler. This house is in a prime location, 5 minute walk to the golf course. 15 minute walk to the Main Street. It was also in a great spot for easy drives to queenscliff and ocean grove and beyond.

Really enjoyed the morning sun in the bedroom and having 2 different lounge rooms and outdoor areas. The house was in a lovely private location and a nice short walk to the shops and the beach. Would stay again :)
