Enjoy the large deck area upstairs where you have bay views while enjoying a drink or two. Upstairs includes the master bedroom and second bedroom, both serviced with their own bathrooms. You will also find a TV on this level, in the third living area of the property which provides a quiet space away from the kids.
The house features ducted heating and air conditioning ensuring a year-round comfortable stay. Downstairs consists of 3rd and 4th bedrooms, open plan living area at the front overlooking a private courtyard with comfortable couches, an open fireplace, Smart LCD TV with Foxtel 4G, Google Chromecast and WIFI, and a separate WC.
The kitchen is fully fitted out with induction hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave and double door fridge. There is a large 'kids' zone to the rear of the house featuring Smart LCD TV also with Foxtel 4G and Google Chromecast, pool table/air hockey and games.
The main bathroom features shower and separate bath, the laundry has washing and drying facilities. As well as the upstairs decking area, there are two other outdoor zones, the backyard is securely fenced and has an outdoor BBQ area and an inground trampoline. There is a table tennis table positioned in the garage, ensuring entertainment for all. You will never want to leave!

Emma - 1st February 202419 Albert St was a wonderful place to stay for three families. The kids loved the in built trampoline and the three living areas were fantastic. There was more than enough cooking utensils and a drink on the balcony in the evenings was a highlight. We can't wait to return!
