Our user-friendly guest portal is designed to make your holiday rental experience as smooth as possible. Guests can securely make payments, complete online check-in, and authorise the security bond with ease. The portal also allows you to send messages directly to our team and report any maintenance issues quickly.

Login

After confirming your reservation with us, you’ll receive a unique 5-digit Booking ID. This ID will give you access to your personalised guest portal.

Online Payment

Check your total cost, amount paid, remaining balance, and due dates at any time. You can make payments online by simply entering your credit card details, selecting the amount you’d like to pay, and confirming the transaction.

Online Check In

Please complete your online registration by carefully reviewing your booking information, confirming your personal details, providing your estimated time of arrival, read through our terms and conditions and sign off to confirm your agreement.

Authorise Security Bond

Please provide valid credit card details in the pre-authorisation form prior to collecting your keys. A Bond Pre-Authorisation is required for all bookings, it is held as a ‘pending payment’ on the primary guest’s credit card and automatically released, given the property is in the same condition as upon arrival.

Report Maintenance

Kerleys Coastal Holidays kindly requests that all guests report any damages or breakages as soon as they occur. You can do this easily through the portal, and upload photos from your phone using the ‘Add Photos’ tool, so that we may assist in the best way possible.
