There are 3 downstairs bedrooms, the first bedroom has 1 Tri-Bunk (Double/Single) leading off main living area, the second bedroom has 1 Queen bed and the third downstairs bedroom has 2 King Single beds.
The living room has a comfortable couch to watch the 65-inch TV for all your sporting and movie delights. The bright and open plan kitchen/dining area leads outside to a deck to enjoy those long summer evenings.
Upstairs is the parents retreat. The master bedroom has a spacious walk in robe and ensuite. A comfortable lounge also upstairs for reading and quietly unwinding. This leads on to a north facing deck with Bay Views to enjoy those long summer evenings.
Airconditioning and heating provide the perfect temperature for all year around holidays.

Julie - 5th February 2025We loved our stay at this beautiful property, it was spotlessly clean and fresh and had everything we needed. We enjoyed lovely beach walks to Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff being only 3kls from both. Kerleys at Point Lonsdale were fantastic to deal with which made our holiday even better, wouldn't deal with anyone else.
Annual Family Beach Holiday
Lyn - 19th January 2025We have just returned from our 4th annual Family Holiday at Waterview Close - so I guess that says it all - it suits our needs very well! Its very clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable, with all mod cons, linen provided and ample bathrooms for a largish group. Very easy access to both Point Lonsdale, Queenscliff and Ocean Grove and walks along the beach! We hope to be back again in 2026! Kerleys have always been good to deal with over the past 12 years!

Quite neighbourhood close to the walking paths along the beach and only a short drive into town. House is amazing, great design to accommodate families with a nice decking area and safe backyard for kids. Very impressed, couldn’t fault it and would definitely recommend.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
LEIGH - 5th May 2023The whole house was beautifully presented and beds very comfortable. We had 6 people, so you could spread yourselves out with downstairs having a lounge & if required a round table which seated 6 & a long wooden table which seated 10 and upstairs having a separate lounge. Had access to Netflix, wi-fi, double garage & room for 2 more cars to park. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The place was spotless.
