Continue through to the custom designed kitchen and family room which is a central hub for this home, the perfect place to gather with friends and family opening onto the large covered alfresco are with retractable awning perfect for summer BBQ's.
There are 3 generous bedrooms all with queen beds, the master with ensuite and the two additional bedrooms serviced by a family bathroom.
Marittimo is a contemporary gem with polished concrete floors throughout, hydronic heating & split system cooling to keep you comfortable year round. Complimented by a serene cottage garden to relax with a cuppa in the morning or cocktail at night.
This wonderfully designed home provides everything you need including linen, wifi, 2 smart TV's with sound bar & subwoofer, access to Foxtel Go and multiple streaming aps (own log in required), a blue tooth portable speaker and even a Nespresso coffee machine, so all you have to bring is your beach towel, creating a beautiful haven for your next getaway.

The kitchen was really well equipped & we loved the 2 fridges. Personally I loved reading all the beautiful cookbooks - there was something for everyone. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great artwork, with many originals, throughout the house which was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were very spacious, walking distance to local shops, eateries, childrens' playground and beach.

It is in a quiet location, a short walk to the shops/cafes, and the front and back beaches. Reliable internet and we appreciated the great heating during our winter break. We enjoyed our stay.

The layout is great, with so much natural light, an unbelievable amount of storage space throughout - kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms + laundry - not to mention the garage via we could easily bring our luggage directly into the house. Within minutes of arriving, we were already keen to return! Also in a brilliant location - close proximity to shops and front beach but very quiet. A great house to relax in. LOVE, LOVE, LOVED it!!!
