The queen bedroom is located on the ground floor giving you privacy from the upstairs living and dining. The bathroom is a generous size with separate bath, walk in shower, toilet, vanity and laundry facilities, with a separate powder room upstairs.
A delightful private balcony with glimpses of the water provides the perfect space to enjoy that early morning cup of tea in the sun.
