This comfortable, cozy, pet-friendly, open-plan property is located in an established area of Point Lonsdale just a short stroll to the front beach and Lonsdale Village.
A fully furnished sunny open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, includes 8-seat formal dining. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including microwave, dishwasher, and gas cooking and lots of little extras. There is heating and air-conditioning in the living areas and ceiling fans in the lounge and main bedroom. The house has 3 bedrooms - 2 x Queen and 1 x Double, all with BIR’s.
The property sits on a huge, grassy block with secure rear garden. The driveway has space for up to 5 cars.
Other features include outdoor hot water shower, BBQ, outdoor setting, and covered rear veranda for entertaining at any time of the year.

Lovely Little hideaway
Megan - 6th January 2025This house is fantastic! So spacious & ideally located. Close enough walk to beach & shops but far away enough to be out of the noise and chaos of summer tourists. Driveway is big & wide so easy to park trailers etc. Yard is wonderful & secure for dogs. Lots of trees & shady spots to lay. Bedrooms are great size & bathroom is large with a great shower! Very well stocked kitchen for cooking & entertaining. The only downfall was the noisy ceiling fan in main bedroom. We will definitely be back!!
A lovely home in a great location
Sonia - 12th March 2024We had a wonderful stay at Acacia. It's a lovely home, very spacious with a warm and welcoming vibe and a great set up for our pooch. Its a short walk to the beach and shops and in a quiet location. We will come again!
GREAT SPOT AND A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Jill - 6th March 2024Great spot. The house has every thing you need, almost a home away from home. Just bring your bedding , clothes and food. Close to town and the bus stop. Parks nearby to walk your dog and a large back yard. dishwasher and washing machine with detergents so you dont need to pack them. will certainly be going there for our next stay in point lonsdale. Comfortable holiday accommodation in Point Lonsdale
Wenche - 25th January 2023This is the 7th year I have holidayed in Point Lonsdale with my daughter, grand-daughter, and occasional visits by other friends/family. We love the town, the walk to the dog beach and even the ever changeable weather. This was not the most charming and visually appealing holiday house we have rented, but it was clean, comfortable and well located.
