The unique design offers separate wings for bedrooms and entertaining providing ample space for a large family of for two families holidaying together. Offering 5 spacious bedrooms two with ensuite, a further queen room and two bunk rooms, one with King single bunks and a trundle bed and the other with cute kids bunks.
Everyone will have their own space with three separate living areas with a smart TV in two, and when everyone wants to come together you will enjoy the beautiful open plan kitchen dining area which provides the perfect entertaining space including 900mm electric oven and gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
The lovely outdoor deck is perfect for relaxing in the sun and enjoying a BBQ with family and friends. As well as a family-friendly lawn.
Green Keepers Lodge is your perfect base to explore all Point Lonsdale and the Bellarine has to offer.

Great Family Getaway Location
Christine - 11th March 2025Beautifully presented clean modern home in quiet location. Plenty of space for extended family gathering. Kitchen well equipped for those who wish to cook. This is our third visit to the home and it never fails to deliver. Easy walk to Point Lonsdale beach and shops. Will return again with the family for more happy memories. Perfect holiday house stay

The house has everything a family (or two families) could possibly need - all the kitchen ware items you could need, plenty of space, comfy beds and couches, great showers. Quiet location close to golf course but easy walk to beach and shops.

Lino - 2nd April 2024Where do I start. The staff at Kearleys were so helpful in finding this beautiful home for us to stay, thankyou so much. The house and the amenities were very clean. A very spacious living area with plenty of beds for all. A 5 min walk to the golf course and a 10 min walk to the main street. The house is situated in a lovely quiet area with plenty of parking. Perfect for an extended family holiday
Brooke - 12th February 2024This was our second stay at Green Keepers Lodge as an extended family group. It is a beautifully presented, near new home that is immaculately clean and offers space for a group to spread out or come together in comfort. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/dining area and convenient location with easy access to both the Point Lonsdale front beach and the surrounding surf beaches. We hope to be back next year.
