Take a stroll along the beach tracks for views of the coast or a meandering walk at low tide to explore the rock pools.
The house offers relaxed beach living with all the amenities you need for an easy getaway. The property has a large shady front yard, a gated back yard for privacy and security, a sunny back deck for outdoor dining and relaxing and a shady tree swing and outdoor shower. There are ample board games, puzzles and activities so you can reconnect with friends and family or curl up in a chair and take in the sea air.
This property supplies entertainment for everyone, including WiFi connection, Smart TV, UE Boom, beach toys, boogie boards, table tennis, foosball, DVD's and CD's.
Linen is provided for all beds and a bath towel is provided for each guest. This rental also comes with a convenient supply of laundry detergent, dishwashing soaps, dishwasher tablets, dish cloths, dish towels, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, coffee pod starter pack, some tea, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, Nutribullet and a rice cooker.

We loved this house!
Amanda - 28th September 2022We loved this house! The house had everything we needed plus more. Beds and pillows were super comfy (even the bunks!) and lots of games for the kids. The hosts have really though of everything - linen, towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash, portable speakers , Netflix , condiments - really a ready to move in place. Great location - nice walk to the local strip and to the beach. Nice and quiet and plenty of space for the kids. We can’t wait to come back when the weather gets a bit warmer.

Beautiful well equipped house and stocked pantry with all utilities & heaps of toys/games u would need as a family. Couldn't ask for more. The outdoor deck space makes your morning coffee or night wine extra special. Highly recommended to stay here!

Fiona - 5th July 2022When we arrived the lights & heater were on which made the place warm and cozy. Great location, quiet street and close to the back beach. House had everything you needed which makes going away so easy. Access to tennis racquets, toys and games were very much appreciated. Our boys made great use of the table tennis table. We lit the fire and the owners had plenty of wood supplied which was really nice to have. Bedrooms were great, warm Doonas and a range of comfy pillows. Great kitchen facilities

Violeta - 29th December 2021Delightful beach house in Point Lonsdale! We had wonderful time, the house was very clean, kitchen well equipped, bathrooms renovated and the overall atmosphere was great. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Lovely outdoor area, and the location was amazing, we could hear the waves from the back beach! Kids had great time in the garage will lots of games and play equipment. Would highly recommend this house! Will definitely come back!

Aidan - 18th November 2021Photos accurately describe how modern and nice it is, but also don't do justice to the extra effort the owners & managers do in maintaining the property. Everything was supplied, including all the mentioned amenities, including well stocked kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Even thoughtful little touches like making sure the kids board game had drawing pads and fresh pencils. The garage is excellent and great fun for big and little kids alike. Kudos to the owners & rental managers!
